Sobald man nur einen Stock in der Hand hat, halten die Affen kein stand, sondern lauffen gleich davon. Wann man aber mit lerer Hand gegen sie geht kan man auf 2, 3 Schritt nahe zu ihnen gehen. Doch aber wurden sie mit der Letzt gantz klug, weil unsre Officirs vielemal auf die Jagd gingen Affen zu schieen mit Pistollen welche sie in Sack steckten bi sie gantz nahe bey ihnen waren, alsdan zogen sie sie aus dem Sack und schoen drauf. Dieses aber wurden sie mit der Letzt gewahr und hielten keinen Stand mehr. Die Einwohner aber fangen sie mit Fallen lebendig darum gibt es auch viele in den Städten zu kauffen man kan sich einen von den schönsten Affen
